ILCA HP 5-Weekend Program with Mateo (Full or per session) @CYC

8 sailor max, High-Performance ILCA program with Mateo on Weekends @ CYC. This program is built to help each sailor refine their already advanced skills where they need it most and focus on competition, boat-to-boat tactics, and starts. Only advanced sailors with experience traveling and competing regionally or internationally at ILCA events, please. Send us a message if you have any questions. We are happy to meet with your sailor or have them join one of our other practices so we can make recommendations.

Program Schedule:

• Baseline 12-5 PM. For all our HP programs, we adjust the start time based on the weather. Don't be surprised if we sometimes sail past 7 PM.

We want you to learn as much as possible. So, for all HP programs, we find the best time to sail on that day based on the training objectives of the day.

Program Dates:

• ‍W1: Sat, June 13th - Sun, June 14th
• W2: Fri, July 3rd - Sat, July 4th (done by 2:00 PM). NOTE: The ILCA North American Championship at Cabrillo Beach is the following week. We are assuming sailors will travel on Sunday, the 5th. We have a backup weekend if most sailors are traveling.‍
• W3: Sat, July 25th - Sun, July 26th: We know ILCA4 sailors going to Worlds will likely miss this session‍
• W4: Sat, Aug 8th - Sun, Aug 9th: Weekend before NWYRC 3/5 JAM‍
• W5: Sat, Aug 22nd - Sun, Aug 23th: Weekend before NWYRC 4/5 JOs‍
• BACKUP: Sat, Sept 5th - Sun, Sept 6th: Weekend before MYRC 5/5 Oktoberfest

Boat charters: We have 3 ILCA hauls with racing spars and blades available. They are on a first-come-first serve basis at $15 per day. Please book ahead of time. Bring your own sail and rigging, please!
