Used for two seasons, the neck was replaced at the end of the second season no leaks. Not stiff at all, easy to move around, and the fleece is nice and warm. Sizing is advertised as follows: Height 5'2 to 5'6", Chest 30" to 32", Waist 24.5" to 26.5".
